Grubs are a staple for any tacklebox . If you don’t have any , you should stock up ! They’re your go to bait for targeting multiple species of fish . The turbo & twin turbo grub shows reluctant fish everything they need to see when they are looking to munch on a snack. Its fat ribbed body and oversized curtail produces great swimming action.
In this quick start guide , we’re using the Twin Turbo grub with a 1/8 oz round head jig.
STEP 1: K.I.S.S.
This is the simplest way to rig your grubs. All you need is a round head jig and a few seconds to do it properly.
STEP 2: FIND THE MIDDLE
Slide your grub perfectly in the middle! This is very important as you want the weight to be evenly distributed throughout the grub. If it’s off balance , your action will be off and the grub will not swim in a straight line.
STEP 3: SLIDE & CONNECT
Slide your bait until the tail makes its way to the end of the hook. You’ll then need to poke the shank out and slide it all the way until it connects with the round head!
STEP 4: GO FISH!
Remember to K.I.S.S. and this versatile grub will catch you loads of fish!!! Now get out there and wet your lines!
